Use CONCAT to pull data from different places

I have a pricing sheet which includes 4 templates. I used a concat to summarize the data onto another sheet. However, when copying the CONCAT it only increments the cells by 1, which is incorrect for the format I have. See pictures for ref.
I need to pull data from column A-F, row 5-16, and then again column H-M, row 18-27 (for example).

Can anyone assist? I feel like there might be an IF function involved, but I just can't figure it out

    TIA!Data.JPGSummary.JPG
