Concat column data in single cell with Matching ID

Dear All Experts,

I have one problem in Excel concatenation for a specific purpose.

Please see the belwo image i have a sheet where code amt and description is there. I want to concat descrription and sum of total based on matching of Code.

In last row code c003 is not merged with single row, please check attached file.

ah - I didn't spot than, and assumed you would sort on column A - is that a problem?

You can enter the formula in the excel sheet as H2:=concat($A$3:$A$9,$C$3:$C$9,F2)

if there is no problem sorting the data, the easiest way would be to include a sort in the macro
