How to find Due dates as on today

Hi All

I have an one query. We have to provide annual air ticket to staffs and the ticket due is depends on the Date of appointment. We are providing ticket for staff after completion of 12 months from the date of joining and and for some staffs after completion of 24 months.

Enclosed the sample file and how to find the due date for tikcet as on today. Need a solution.

I agree with expected results being useful but perhaps
=IF(AND(MONTH(TODAY())=MONTH(D2),DAY(TODAY())=DAY(D2)),"ticket Due","")

This formula is not working.

DOA : 01.01.2015
Ticket entitlement is : 24 months
Due ticket as on date is : 01.01.2021
Ticket Status : DUE 16 months

DOA : 01.05.2013
Ticket entitlement is : 12 months
Due ticket as on date is : 01.05.2019
Ticket Status : OVER DUE 4 months 1 Day


Need to calculate like this.
