Compair quantities and lengths

rebar estimating:
I have a column with quantities that vary, and a column of lengths that vary:

I would like to find the best sequence for the lengths to be cut from a 40-00 bar.
Example:

4 x 17-04 and 4 x 15-04 and 4 x 7-00 = 4 x 38-08 with 0-04 left of 40-0 bars leaving:

then again until quantities of lengths cannot fit any longer.

This takes a lot of time to do this manually. I can export the information to excel, but the math coding is too much for me.
it doesn't have to be pretty i just need to be able to get the combinations to the person who will do the cutting

It appears to be a pretty standard 1D cutting stock problem (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cutting_stock_problem ).

If you are not required to program your own solution, it might be easiest to search for "free cutting stock calculators" and see if you can just use any of the free online calculators or apps that my internet search brought up. Most of the free apps won't use Excel for this.
