Portfolio Maximization Formula

Hi good day, I need help with a formula that generates the most optimum portfolio of stocks i.e. (Highest Performance) given the following criteria.

1) The portfolio must consist of 10 stocks

2) Portfolio Mix
Stock Type D- no less than 3, no more than 5
Stock Type M- no less than 2, no more than 5
Stock Type F- no less than 1, no more than 3
Group Type - no more than 3 stocks from any Group Type

3)The max Budget for the Portfolio is $83

So I want to know which 10 stocks combine to give me the highest performance total.
