Code won't run on laptop?

I have a sheet with several dynamic charts on it. Got tired on manually changing the axes to fit the data so I found some code online that sets the axes automatically. It works beautifully on my desktop but causes issues on my laptop. Any idea why based on the following code?

What precisely does "causes issues" mean? Also, this should really be in the programming section as it has nothing to do with formulas.
