SUMIFS Between 2 dates

1. Column D is text and not dates
2. None of your column D dates lie within the range specified
3. Column h is also text and not numbers

I think problem is that values in col D is not a date. It is text which looks like date.
So there is no possibility to create math criteria like <>.
And additionally all your 'dates' is May and June 2019 so you can't expect any result for your range 14 Aug - 14 Sep.

Replace the SUMIFS with this

=SUMPRODUCT((DATEVALUE(D2:D70)>=M3)*(DATEVALUE(D2:D70)<=M4)*(B2:B70=M6)*((H2:H70)+0=M5)*(C2:C70))

Format the date using the formula

Although there is no official rule regarding this behavior, we request that wherever possible both the question AND the answer be provided in substantive detail here within the thread. An attached workbook is an excellent aid for posing a question and offering a solution, but solely doing that with no in thread explanation makes it difficult for researchers to understand or consider the Q & A of this thread without downloading what may be a pointless doc to them, if they can do that at all. Doing that also hides the content from search engines so others may never benefit from this.

I'm sure you understand, and we look forward to seeing you post your formulas/macros in your posts for the searching benefit of all.
