I just did for SUM & INDIRECT.. however it returns #REF! for ref text with spaces. How can this be solved?
what i did to the text with spaces is to put _ (underscore) in between but what i want to achieve is text with spaces

Try this instead...
=SUM(OFFSET($D$3,1,MATCH($D$17,$D$3:$K$3,0)-1,COUNT($D$4:$D$15),1))
