If I understand you correctly, you are not needing a formula - you just need a value provided for an existing formula where the result will be 7

(J14+G14)/H14 = 7
(J14+(A14-B14-C14)/H14 = 7
(3700+1180-650-C14)/253.33 = 7
MULTIPLE BOTH SIDES BY 253.33
(3700+1180-650-C14) = 1773.31
(4230-C14)= 1773.31
SUBTRACT 4230 FROM BOTH SIDES
(-C14) = -2456.69
MULTIPLE BOTH SIDES BY -1
(C14) = 2456.69

PROOF
(J14+G14)/H14 = X
(J14+(A14-B14-C14)/H14 = X
(3700+(1180-650-2456.69)/253.33 = X
(1773.31)/253.33 = X

(J14+G14)/H14 =7

=> (J14+G14)=H14*7

=> G14=H14*7-J14

=> C14=-H14*7+J14+A14-B14
