I have some cells with text in them, (Say b3;b10) those cells, pull/copy the text from another row (Say f3:f10)
(Of course I use the simple "=F3" =F4 =F5 etc, to pull the info from the cells in column B)
But, sometimes the cells in the F column have "nothing in them" and column B shows it as a "0".
How can I make Column B cells be blank, when there is nothing in the F column cells?

if you are using a formula as you describe then make it this way... =IF(F3="","",F3)

Well, Yours working With the B & F columns, The cell I'm pulling from is K86
When I edit it to =IF(K86="","",K86) It seems not to work.
Does the edited code look OK?
