    Hello guys,
    I struggle...... shouldn't give the formula in below me in D4 "A1" return ?

    No, but this should:

    =LOOKUP(2,1/(($A$11:$A$18=$A)*($B11:$cB$18=$B)),$C$11:$C$18)

    it does give A1 back. Thank you already.
    But it works only for the A1 combination......

    Oops - typo! Sorry about that - I have a sticky 4 key that sometimes doesn't work.
