Index & Match formula assistance to get Revenue, Space & GM data from different sheets

Hopefully someone can help me.

If you open up the attachment you will find 3 highlighted tabs in yellow.

I am needing help in doing a formula that probably involves index and match or even an offset formula.

Would like to know what formula to enter in K443, L443 & M443 (cells highlighted in Yellow)

The customer Goop, LT are the first two tabs after Secaucus.
Its vertical on this tab but on the individual tabs it is horizontal

Budget Revenue can be found on the LT Tab in cell R8
Budget Space (Square Footage) can be found in cell R9
Budget GM% can be found in cell R181

Hello quick question if the Column where the revenue is at changes - as lets say its in column S.

Do i just simply change the formula to show S?

Or is there something different to do? and what does the c & 17 mean for this formula?
