Converting Time ?

I have been trying everything I know and can't figure it out, so was wondering I anyone here can help me out. What I have is a downloaded file of time punches for some workers. I need to see if their clock-in's were before their start time as well as how long their lunch was. The issue becomes each clock-in or out has it's own line and not every worker clocks out for lunch and it's formatted as general so pretty much text at this point. I need to figure out a way to convert the downloaded file times into actual time to do the calculations. This will be a file that is used daily by others so need to have it automated and not manually convert it every time. I have attached a sample of it so you can see what I am talking about.

Here is a formula to change the clock in time to the format excel can use to do the math. I have also included an example of both the time in and time out. I assume with this step done you can handle the rest of the formulas to solve your problem. Let me know if you get stuck.
