Formula that calculates more than one "text" in a row...

    Hi there!

I am having trouble producing a formula that will calculate multiple words in a row. Example: The range is D:50-F:50. Column D contains the name of a person and column F contains "Y" meaning "yes" or "N" meaning "no". Ideally I would like the formula to calculate across. If the column for example in D says "Yesenia" and "Y" in in F, I would like it to calculate this in a standard table showing the amount of times these two words appear in the same row.

    I hope this makes sense.

Thank you for everyone's help in advance.

    Welcome to the forum

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
