Text Join with multiple delimiters

Hi,

I want to TEXTJOIN a string of dates with a "-" delimiter between the date ranges and a "|" to separate the set of dates.

A couple conditions:
1) I want to be able to drag the formula down to pick up the date ranges
2) I need to preserve the ddmmmyy date format
3) I need the formula to skip blanks.

The red font formula is where I'm stuck. I do not want the "|" delimiter to appear if the cells are blank, but can't quite figure it out.
Is there a way to add a "-" between dates and "|" only if there's a value in the referenced cells?
