Join text of variable lengths from multiple rows

Hi

I am converting a multi-language document from Image to excel. The data is in tabular format in the original image file. When it is converted to excel message is breakdown into multiple rows. Capture2.PNG.


I want complete message to be formatted in the original format.

I know i can use Concatenate and Textjoin function but since every message is f variable length i have to do this process hundreds of time for each individual record. Is there a quick way to format data. I have attached pics.

You can try PowerQuery (Get&Transform). You mentioned about TEXTJOIN so it means you've Excel 365 (probably)

example:

Date & Time	Body 1	Column1		Column1	Column2	Column3
23/11/2016	This is how the	One-line message		23/11/2016 22:38:00 PM	This is how the message is. Some message is just one line	One-line message
22:38:00 PM	message is. Some
	message is just one
	line
