    Concatenation from if statements help

Hi! Been messing for a few hrs now, given up, searching the internet takes me to the same trivial example 'not what im looking for ' videos . . . im coming to bother you guys!

    Heres the issue.

Im trying to create a concatenated list.
    I have 5 statements i have put in a1, a2, a3 a4, a5

I have a mark sheet from a7:f7 filled with a name and 5 objectives

IF the objectives have the letter x in them for incomplete i want to concatenate only a1:a5 WHERE all of the cells = 'x'

so andy hasnt completed objective 1 but all of the other 3, he gets the message "You havent completed 1"
if alice hasnt done 1 and 3 she gets "you havent done 1, you havent done 3"

Ive got a more basic version of this working where i have 5 if statements over 5 rows of excel, id like to improve it to have the same message in the one cell.

hope ive made this clear, thanks for any help in return. this place has already given me some new ways to use this software. Thanks!

could you mock up a workbook and post it (follow the instructions in the yellow banner at the top of the post). Make sure it is representative of your data AND shows the results you want.
