Reverse Multiply Percentage

hi guys,

i got problem while doing reverse calculation for percentage
based on other articles i can learn reversing percentage by formula that is given.
but in my cases there is tax 2 (see attachment given) which 5% tax is charge after the amount is reduce by certain number (60)
please help for the reverse formula from the file attach

I did some simplification
=100*Amount+60*tax2/(tax1+tax2+100)
