Data validation IF statement list

Hi,

I am creating a listing that is depedant on the another list.

Right now my for data validation formula is "=IF(C72="Presidents Office",Plist,IF(C72="TOD",Tlist,IF(C72="Civil",Clist,IF(C72="Subways",Slist1,IF(C72="Social",Slist,"")))))" in "D72" on the attached file

I went to Forumlas->Name Manager and created all these list, they dont interconnect and C72 has a drop down of "Presidents Office, TOD, Social, Civil, Subways"

For some reason when I do this I get "the list source must be a delimited list or reference to single row or column"
