Self Generating PO Number

Hi all,

I'm trying to work out how i can self generate a PO number. Ideally i need the PO number to start with business unit which is selected from a drop down list followed by a number, for example BU1-100

I've tried using the below to auto generate a new number every time the workbook is opened, however i cant get it to work.
