show last cell before text

Hi my friends..

in atached xlsx file formula from E3 show last cell with data in column B
how modify formula to show me last cell before text (B21 ) in this case.

=INDEX($B$3:$B$62,MATCH("*",$B$3:$B$62,0)-1)
