    Creating a Payment Installment Calculator

I have a table i built for making payments. The default is 6 payments. Each line is the payment amount. I want to be able to change the number of payments to say 4 or 5. If i do this then is there a way for the payments amounts to populate for only the 4 or 5 payment lines?

    See below my example.

    Budget Key
    Payment 1 $299.17
    Payment 2 $299.17
    Payment 3 $299.17
    Payment 4 $299.17
    Payment 5 $299.17
    Payment 6 $299.17
    Player Budget $1,795.00
    # of Payments 6

    Re: Function Question

Hi and welcome to the forum.

It's not clear how you use this and what causes 6 payments to appear.
Do you seed one cell with the payment and have 5 formulae underneath which link to the seed cell?
Is the list populated by a macro? ..etc

We need more information and preferably the workbook
