I am looking for a nice compact formula to figure out which team a member belongs to.
My setup is as follows.
Team 1 Team 2 Team 3
A E H
B F I
C G
D
Member Team
F <----- I need formula here to indicate which team this member belongs to.
I have also attached a sample representative file.
I do have a long formula with multiple iferror / Match functions but its long and I am sure there is a better way to figure this out.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
