use formula to find the smallest number, and who it belongs to

I need a formula that finds the minimum number in a column (B), and then tells me what name is associated with it in Column (A).

Column A is names of people
    Column B is numeric amounts

I've attached an example. Answer should read "3 Terry" "Terry 3" or any variation. . If it's not possible to read 3 Terry, maybe have the formula just name Terry.

    Thanks in advance!

Sweet, that worked great! Thank you! If you possibly have the time, could you explain the code to me just so it will be easier to remember for future reference?

Re: use formula to find the smallest number, and who it belongs to

    MIN returns the lowest value.
MATCH finds the position of the lowest value in the precedent range
INDEX with MATCH retrieves associated name
The use of & concatenates the MIN value with the Name.

For a more in depth understanding see the help files re: each function
