    Need Time Duration

I have what seems to be a simple question but I can't figure it out for the life of me.
I have DateTimeIn and DateTimeOut. I need the duration in HH:MM. I know the answer below is 14:06, but what is the formula to get me there?

    DateTimeIn: 2/25/2020 1:06:12 PM
    DateTimeOut: 2/26/2020 3:12:48 AM

    Duration: 14:06

    Thank you!

    Re: Need Time Duration

The formula is DateTimeOut - DateTimeIn assuming the date and time is entered in the Excel date and time format.
Excel has a running number for everyday since 1900 1st of jan. Today is day 43887.
Tim is then stored in the decimals so 6AM is 43887.25.
This is then shown as proper date and time by changing the format.
