Email Subject line help in HYPERLINK formula

So every week I send the same email with the same subject line to the same person. I used the below formula and it worked fine until my latest update of the microsoft suite. I don't know if this is a problem with the formula or outlook can someone help me.

Formula used was.
=HYPERLINK("mailto:[email protected] &subject:subject line goes here")
