Compare two dates, if greater mark cell red

I have a table of dates when a task was completed (actuals) and a table of dates when we scheduled it to complete (plan). I would like to compare these two dates and if the date completed is greater than the planned date, I want to mark that cell red. I've attached an image example and an excel file showing what I am trying to do. I've been trying to work this out for a while and finally want to ask. Please advise, thank you!

Hi ripcurlksm,

This kind of problem is what the Format Painter was meant for. Do a CF formula in cell A3 and then use the Painter Tool across all the other Actual cells. Boom - done.
