    Cannot Use an Array Formula

    Hello again,

I already had some excellent help from one user who helped me split one long list into 6 different ones. I now, however, have a seventh collumn and cannot figure out how to get the information into the table as an array formula.

The table in rows A-F are the source.
The tables are split into 6 (now 7) cateogories. The cateogories and sub cateogories are in rows K and L.
The first six categories use the information from cells K2:L7, it now need to be K2:L8.
When I change K2:L8 to K2:L9 it removes the Array formula and populates the table on Sheet 'MarketMan' with 0.

Can someone please change K2:L7 to K2:L8 and have all new tables using array formulas.

    Thank you so much!

    Danny

    1. You did not drag your formulas down in Admin!BD:BI.
    2. In MarketMan!CD:CG, you are referencing Admin Columns BJ:BM which have no formulas in them. The formulas return "" which looks like a blank but isn't. If the cell is actually blank (as in BJ:BM), your formula in MarketMan will return 0s.

Is that what you were looking for?

I don’t want 0’s to appear at all on the Market Mam sheet. The only thing that’s different is that the final category table, staff incentives, is it’s not an array formula.

Can you help me with that? The control, alt, enter function does not work for me. It’s very frustrating!

And I didn’t drag down because it wasn’t an array formula.

If you don't want to see 0 in CB5:CG103 select the range.
    Format cells
    Custom
In the Type enter # --> OK
    Pl note
Array formula should be confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter keys together.
