Split Amount Based on condition

Hello again,

I am looking for help in a formula which will split amount based on conditions as mentioned below.

- Split amount by first amount in C16 cell
Example in this case: 2,814,761.01
Starting from 1,000,000.00 then 1,000,000.00 and finally this amount 814,761.01


- Discounts will be applied until the maximum spited amount
Example in this case:
1,000,000.00 * 0% as first amount
1,000,000.00 * 1% as 2nd amount
and finally 814,761.01 * 2% as final amount.

Note: the amount and percentages are dynamic and keep changing.
