Dynamic drop down list based on row criteria

Hello,

I have two large tables. One table is very similar to the other however one has more detail. The other is more summarized. I am trying to have a drop down list...not so much to make a selection but to show the detail of billing types related to that particular row. So that the thousand rows that I have when clicking on the drop down the user can see the types of charges that hit that particular customer. I figured a data validation list but not sure how I can get it to work. Example, the user is in row 15 of the table. In H15 (column H) there is a unique number to the customer. In T15 would be the drop down that shows the list of charges used on that customer based on the unique number in H15. The detail of charges per customer is on another tab in the file (hidden tab).

apologies. sample attached. Both tabs have the yellow fields that I am looking to use. The summary has the lease ID in yellow and the rent type in yellow. Rent type is where I want the dynamic drop list. The charges tab has the lease ID in yellow and the charges to the tenant in yellow. A tenant could have multiple charges.
