Calculate delta in values between current and previous day

I have a large, very large table that consists of the following
Date, Sales Rep, State, ZIP, Customer Count

Is there a way to add a column that has the delta between the current day and the previous so I can see how many new customers were added? The list may or may not have the previous day data as reps don't work every day.

Thanks for the sample, but all the dates in column A are the same and every rep is different. What is to be calculated? What results do you expect?

Basically the next day will have the same data, just with the date changed.

Thanks but I am trying to track the delta for each sales rep by date.

In that case I would recommend you the Pivot,
where you can view the differences/delta
