I have a formula that subtracts the starting time of 1:45 from the ending time of 2:30 and get 45 minutes. But I want that to say what fraction of the hour that is, for example in this case it would be .75 and if it was 30 minutes it would be .5. We are only dealing in 15 minute increments.
01:45 AM 2:30 AM 00:45 - Current
01:45 AM 2:30 AM .75 - final result
