I've seen various questions and answers on this topic, but didn't find exactly what I was looking for.
Need formula advise for:
If the date is >=1,<=8, results show 1st of current month
If >=9,<=22, results show 15th of current month
If >=23,<=31, results shows the 1st of the next month

Are we talking about a date in a specific cell or we talking about today's date? Assuming Today's date

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
