Hyperlink to a variable cell in an unsorted column on another Tab

Hi Folks,

Hope this intrigues you, because I have wasted hours on trying to simplify this issue in my Workbook.

There are 30+ Tabs in my Workbook - each Tab has workings that belong to it's own Account number.
I am trying to link Tab "AR" to my main Data tab called "TB".
The Account number in AR "260", is located at cell C25

I would like to Hyperlink on AR C25 and have it take me to to the row in "TB" that has the Account details for "260".

An issue I have is that the information in TB is refreshed monthly and new accounts may be added or ones deleted, therefore the row containing "260" moves up and down.
Additionally the Target column "B" is unable to be sorted.
