    Angry Function for Showing Numbers ranging from 1-70 no that didnt show in 3 sets of 20 numbers

    Hello,

    I need help with a formula to print on the screen the numbers ranging from 1-70, but the ones that haven't showed up in 2,3 or more sets of 20 numbers(rows of 20 numbers, harvested from some website which.

    How can that be done? I'm not a total computer noob, but this thing is driving me crazy!

    I'd be really thankful for helping me out.
