Earliest Start Date Ignore Blank Cells

Hi all, I have uploaded an example file. Can anyone advise me on a formula to achieve what I want in the file please?

I don't have office 365 but look at the minifs function

b2 minifs(g:G,e:e,a2) or if this brings back the blanks minifs(g:G,e:e,a2.g:G,">0")
