Count / Index Match - Double Criteria

Hi All,

I have the attached workbook - I need help on following:

It needs to count from the 'datainput' sheet by week and by 'Fleet Type' - Fleet Type are in 'Resume' Collumn 'Y' (DK / NTC / VAN)

Please give me a heads-up if you need more information - The file is attached.
