Index with Double Match

Hi Expert,

i need a favor to lookup the value with two matching herewith i have attached excel sheet for your reference in this sheet, "Value" sheet name column "D2" required the order reference no from Data Sheet to here, the value will be matched "Division name" and the "Summary" fields.
