SUMIF Divided by COUNTIF with omission

Hi Experts,

I am struggling with writing a formula for the attached.

I am trying to determine the average for the percentages, however the Mar percentage is skewing my average. This happens in other instances also but this is just one example.

How do i write the formula ignoring anything percentage that is above 25%?

=AVERAGEIFS(B2:F2,B2:F2,"<25%",B2:F2,">0")
