creating lists based on if required column number is above 0

    Hi guys,

Trying to better format the way things are done in my office but require some help,

Essentially when I take stock from individual companies I've created a spreadsheet to tell me how many items are required for each individual thing needed to be ordered, I was wondering if it was possible to organise it so when the required number is greater than 0 to be ordered if each individual item row would then create its own list somewhere else so i'm not having to scroll through and check individually which items I need as they'll all be in a list ready for me.

Not sure if that makes great sense but any help would be appreciated.

Attached there should be a sample file that may help.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

Apologies for that, sample file should now be added to main post.
The goal is that when "To Be Ordered" Column is above 0 that a separate list will then form of all things required to be ordered if that is possible

    Hi,

Please use in H2 and across:

    =IFERROR(INDEX(A$2:A$14,AGGREGATE(15,6,1/($E$2:$E$14<>0)*ROW($A$1:$A$14)+1,ROWS($F$1:F1))-1,1),"")

    Hi,

Thank you for your help but like a fool my initial sample isnt true to my normal form i.e I have merged cells (I've just been told merged cells are frowned upon.
I'm really sorry to have to ask but would you be willing to tell me the difference compared to the file attached? again I'm sorry for being useless lol and thank you for all your help thus far.

    No worries, feel free

So - according to the new file - you want to extract only those lines that are not showing zero in 'M'?

Brilliant! It;s all working now, thank you so much for your help, I definitely wouldn't have ever been able to ever do this myself.
