Count Based on Join Date

Hi, I need help on analysis based on their join date.

Example: Policy holder name (Chung Chee Ching), joined on 12/02/2020. Every policy holder have a fixed 84 days recruitment period to recruit new policy holders.

Join date: 12/02/2020
Due date: 6/5/2020

If there is any recruitment for Chung Chee Ching, it will only count within the recruitment period.
In this excel, there are total 3 appeared. However, the final result should be 2 based on the due date given for each policy holder who joined.

When I pivot, the total sponsored under Policy Holder Chung Chee Ching has 3. However, 1 of the policy holder joined after the 84 days. Thus, it shouldn't be counted.

I have tried with your formula, but it shows as 0

I want to know total how many times that this new applicant had placed an order (count cell with text) since the joined date till <=84 days.
