Staff scheduling with maximum free WE - to be calculated by Solver

I would be grateful if you could help me with the problem which you can find attached in the excel file. I was asked to use "Solver" for the solution.

Could you explain " so that they have the maximum number of weekends that they will not work".
Do you mean the maximal number of employees who don't work on weekends?
After all, find a possible solution attached.

This is a manual for an alternative solver for Excel (named What'sBest!) with many simple optimization problems covering various areas of application. On pages 361, 365 and 372 you will find subchapters about staff scheduling optimization. They are cost(salary) minimization problems, but they may be some inspiration for you anyway.
