    Need help with IF formula, search column add values of diff column

    I'm trying to create a formula that basically says the following:

    If any value in Column B = value in Column B in row with the formula, then add value in Column C of the same row.

    So if I'm entering the formula in row 3 and Column B row 3 says "1W" I want the formula to add up all values in Column C whose Column B value is "1W"

    Can someone help with the syntax for this? Thank you!Capture.JPG

    Now trying to SUMIFS when the string in the column starts with the same value, so for the above column, I want to add up all values in # Offsite if the Location column starts with a 1... any ideas?
