Working out overall percentage of units available, units complete against time waitin

Hi,
I am somewhat of a noob when it comes to excel and formulas. I will apologise if this has been asked and answered previously.
I am looking to find out the overall percentage in the spreadsheet I need to get completed.
So, I have number of units (30) then number of units completed (30) then time waiting(0-60 dependant on job). I can get the first part of the formula done, its just adding the time in and getting an accurate % rate back.
I hope I have explained it right.

I am not completely understanding your needs -- so therefore answers to 1 and 2 above will assist greatly to get your solution.
