Work down list based on allocation

    Hi All,

I have a list of businesses and how many 'items' they should be allocated. On my second sheet I have a list of reference numbers for these 'items' and I'm looking to assign the business name next to the item reference number. So effectively the lookup will work down the list of item reference numbers, assigning the business name based on the number of items they have been assigned in the other tab.

I've uploaded an example where the yellow column B is the ideal result generated by a magic formula I'm looking for.

Hope this makes some kind of sense.

    Thanks
    Evie
