    Two "IF" statements greater than/less than in one formula

    Hello!

    I'd appreciate help with this issue:

    I need one formula in cell B17 that references the value in cell C17 and if C17 is less than $300, B17 should be the dollar amount referenced in C17.
    If C17 is greater than $300, B17 should say $300 only.

    You can see from the attached example what formula I've been trying in B17 but it is not working.

    I think you mean D17!!!

    =MIN(300,D17)
