    Date driven table

    hi team,
    I'm trying to create a more dynamic table than what i have come up with to date (see attached).

    Just seeing if there is a more robust way to create the table other than the way i'm doing it?

    Perhaps there is a way to use index match to make it more dynamic.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    You should set up your DB in the following manner. This is what is considered Normalized in the DB world and will then allow for easier analysis and what - if scenarios.

    Excel 2016 (Windows) 32 bit
    A
    B
    C
    D
    E
    1
    Start Date
    44013
    2
    Amount Notes Date Amount
    3
    Product A
    3
    Product A purchased 1 month after start date
    8/1/2020
    $ 3.00
    4
    Product B
    5
    Product B purchased 2 months after product B initially and then 3 months after the preceding Product B purchase
    11/1/2020
    $ 5.00
    5
    Product C
    10
    Product C purchased 4 months after each Product B purchase
    3/1/2021
    $ 10.00

    Your +31 is not an exact science. Better would be to use EDATE:

    =EDATE(D2,1)

    will give 01/08/2020
