    Lookup - MatchData From another different format table

    Hi There;
    I have main schedule with several information tabulated, however at month end i need to obtain only certain info for some staff who had worked PM shift for the months. with many staff its difficult for me to tabulate as each agent need one sheet for reference. Im out of idea how can i get it done easily since its very manual and time consuming.

    Any advice and suggestion how to make it easier for example just but input staff name it provides the details in the format provided.

    2nd sheet shows what am i trying to achieve by just populating agent name.

    Thank You for changing the title.
    This proposal adds some helper rows which may be hidden, for aesthetic purposes, by changing the font color to white.
    On the Main sheet the helper row (which may be moved) is populate using: =IF(ISNUMBER(B1),B1,A10)
    On the Agent2 sheet the helper rows are populated using: =IF(ISNUMBER(B5),B5,A4)
    On the Agent2 sheet the cells in the output rows are populated using:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
