Count same numbers from another data

Dear Excel Experts,

I have a huge data that I want to count the same numbers from other data (each rows).

And I have recently got a formula through this forum and it's counting perfectly but taking almost 3-6 hours when I apply the formula in the entire columns then copy & past as special.

So appreciate if somebody could help me in finding a way or providing other formula which counts the data maximum within 5-20 mins like other normal formulas

I have attached the workbook for easy reference.

Hard to say without seeing what you are working wit, what was suggested and what you expect. Suggest you upload a small (clean) sample workbook - that apparently didnt come through - (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.

So, you want to count how many rows have eg 50 60 220 320 400 540 in them?

Perhaos your initial formula was looking at a greater sample, but a quick test does not agree with the sample answers you show,
