Consolidation on a different computer

Hello,

I used to send a file with a couple of tabs consolidating data from the same file to my boss and every time he changed anything he could consolidate the file again in order to update the data.
In the last couple of months he cannot update the consolidation as the data is shown in the consolidating box as links to my computer and therefore consolidation cannot be calculated. I have tried to find the solution with no success.
Could you please let me know if there is any possible solution to this?
